Shipping policy

Everything we sell is made to order. Nothing sits in a box waiting — your shirt is printed once you buy it, which is why the timings below start with a making stage.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

 

United Kingdom — £5.99, free on orders of £50 or more.

Rest of world — £14.99.

 

That is one delivery charge per order, not one per item. Order three things and you pay once.

 

HOW LONG IT TAKES

 

Making takes 2 to 5 business days. After that, UK delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days, and international delivery 5 to 8 business days. So a typical UK order lands within about a week to a week and a half of ordering.

 

Those are working days and they are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods — Christmas especially — run longer.

 

MORE THAN ONE PARCEL

 

If you order several items they may be made in different facilities and arrive separately, sometimes a few days apart. You are never charged twice for this. If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not shown up within a few days, email us.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

 

We ship to the United Kingdom and to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not offered, we cannot currently ship there.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

 

Orders going outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your own country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

 

Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further delivery charge.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED

 

If your order has not arrived well beyond the estimates above, or arrives damaged, email jameskennedy@me.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
